Use these tomatoes to make salsa with a twist. The various flavours and levels of sweetness from the different coloured tomatoes will add a new dimension to a classic chip and dip.
To achieve your new and improved dip, finely chop the tomatoes along with red onion, jalapeños, garlic cloves and mix with chopped coriander, mint and salt. If preferred, blitz all the ingredients together for a smoother consistency. Add a squeeze of lime to top it off.
